El Concurs Millor Elaborat Carni Artes\u00e0, organitzat per Educarne, ha premiat la recepta de French Rack 2.0, una innovadora recepta de llet\u00f3 farcit amb trompetes de la mort, ceba, pur\u00e9 de patata, t\u00f2fona, esp\u00e8cies i fruits secs, presentada pel carn. Aix\u00ed ho ha destacat les resvistes del sector, com Revista C\u00e1rnica i Eurocarne.<\/p>\n
