carn, una iniciativa adre\u00e7ada a professionals de tota la cadena de valor, aix\u00ed com a estudiants interessats a aprofundir en el coneixement del sector.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"536\" data-end=\"835\">El programa formatiu aborda aspectes clau com la nutrici\u00f3 i la salut, el paper de la prote\u00efna animal en l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3, la sostenibilitat de l&#8217;activitat ramadera i els reptes actuals a qu\u00e8 s&#8217;enfronta el sector, incloent-hi els corrents antiganaderia i les noves tend\u00e8ncies aliment\u00e0ries.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"536\" desarrollar\u00e1 en formato online durante seis sesiones entre el 11 y el 20 de mayo, combina contenidos t\u00e9cnicos con espacios de debate, con el objetivo de ofrecer una formaci\u00f3n rigurosa, accesible y basada en evidencia cient\u00edfica.<\/p>\n<p>El curs, que es desenvolupar\u00e0 en format en l\u00ednia durant sis sessions entre l&#8217;11 i el 20 de maig, combina continguts t\u00e8cnics amb espais de debat, amb l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;oferir una formaci\u00f3 rigorosa, accessible i basada en evid\u00e8ncia cient\u00edfica.<\/p>\n<p>Entre els objectius principals destaca refor\u00e7ar el coneixement sobre les propietats de la carn de bov\u00ed, posar en valor el paper del sector en l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 i la salut de la poblaci\u00f3, i millorar la capacitat dels professionals per respondre a la desinformaci\u00f3 existent al voltant del consum de prote\u00efna animal.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, aquesta formaci\u00f3 posa el focus en la sostenibilitat, l&#8217;impacte del sector al medi rural i la seva contribuci\u00f3 al desenvolupament econ\u00f2mic i social, aix\u00ed com en els desafiaments de futur relacionats amb la innovaci\u00f3 i els nous models de producci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1444\" data-end=\"1707\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-24740 size-full\"
