The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food (DARP) of Generalitat of Catalonia has called for aid associated with the Global Operating Contract (CGE) for 2020. The maximum deadline is May 15. You can find out more about the amount of the grants in this link.<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n

The purpose of the grants is to encourage the development of the productive, economic, environmental and social functions of agriculture, in order to foster the viability of agricultural farms and achieve sustainable rural development.<\/p>\n

The aid lines associated with the CGE in this call are as follows:<\/p>\n

Competitiveness:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2713 First installation of young farmers.
\n\u2713 Improving the competitiveness of farms.
\n\u2713 Mitigation of climate change on farms.
\n\u2713 Agricultural diversification.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Sustainability:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2713 Compensation in areas with natural or other specific limitations.
\n\u2713 Agro-environmental practices.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Only renewal and voluntary extension of commitments:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2713 Wetland management
\n\u2713 Management and recovery of dall meadows (except for the voluntary reforestation and the recovery of pastures that may not be extended).
\n\u2713 Improvement of the steppe habitats of the Natura 2000 Network
\n\u2713 Conservation of native breeds<\/p>\n
