Did you know that investments that use energy from renewable sources will have freedom of amortization in Corporate Tax of up to \u20ac500,000 in self-consumption projects in 2023? What companies that install photovoltaic solar energy will be able to benefit from a tax incentive.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Self-consumption investments that come into operation in 2023 may be freely amortized, as long as the following requirements are met:<\/p>\n

The maximum investment amount that can benefit from this freedom of amortization is 500,000 euros.<\/p>\n

In the following 24 months from the start date of the tax period, the average workforce of the entity must be maintained compared to that of the previous 12 months.<\/p>\n

The facilities must be at the disposal of the Exploitation Authorization, the CIE (in the case of P\u2264100kW installations) or the RAIPRE (if surplus is sold).<\/p>\n
