The manager of the cluster which is dedicated to “promoting innovation, competitiveness and sustainability in the meat sector” and which has 144 companies and 15 associated institutions, Eudald Casas, explains that “what interests us above all is that the partners are active people with a desire to innovate, the fact of having a lot of representation or little does not worry us much, if we have much better, because what we want is to help the whole sector as much as possible, but it is not a main objective\u00bb<\/p>\n
