This acquisition is part of the group&#8217;s strategic plan that is committed to growth and the creation of value through synergies within the group&#8217;s companies.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Imperia Foie, renowned for its duck and goose foie gras products, has a significant presence in Europe, South America and Hong Kong. With Halal approval, Imperia Foie hopes to increase its presence in key markets in the Middle East.
