The meat sector faces a stable Christmas and this year with new presentations in which offal takes center stage. This is reported by EFEAgro citing sources from Mercabarna, the main wholesale market for fresh food in Europe in terms of sales volume, where they have noticed the return of interest in offal, in products such as tongue, caipota or tripa.<\/p>\n
