During these years, she has demonstrated her courage and professionalism, organizational skills, and teamwork skills. At Leather Cluster Barcelona, \u200b\u200bshe has been responsible for the cluster&#8217;s revitalization, developing activities, organizing events, and executing internal and external projects.<\/p>\n<p>Master Plan 2025-2030<\/p>\n<p>For this new phase, the Master Plan 2025-2030 has been developed, which will outline the strategic and priority lines for the Cluster&#8217;s development in the coming years. This plan, led by the new management, has been designed taking into account the current and future needs of member companies, with a clear focus on results, competitiveness, and collective impact.
