The objective: to share knowledge, anticipate future challenges, and generate synergies between clusters to boost business competitiveness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Co-creation dynamics, leadership, and strategic vision<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The event opened with a presentation by Joan Mart\u00ed Est\u00e9vez, Director of Business Strategy at ACCI\u00d3, who presented the priorities of the Catalonia Clusters program in business growth and generating shared value.<\/p>\n<p>Afterwards, Alfons Cornella (Institute of Next by Infonomia) led the workshop &#8220;Co-creating intercluster solutions,&#8221; focusing on generating synergies between sectors.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1315\" data-end=\"1496\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-22145 \" src=\"https:\/\/anafric.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Inmersion-ACCIO-1-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Inmersion-ACCIO\" width=\"575\" height=\"767\" srcset=\"https:\/\/anafric.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Inmersion-ACCIO-1-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/anafric.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Inmersion-ACCIO-1-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/anafric.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Inmersion-ACCIO-1-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/anafric.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Inmersion-ACCIO-1.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 575px) 100vw, 575px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The day continued with two parallel sessions:<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Lead, NOW!&#8221;<\/strong>, on leadership in changing contexts, led by psychologist and coach Jordi Molla.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Competitiveness model of leading companies,&#8221;<\/strong> with practical experiences from Albert Giralt (Avinent) and Marissa Costa (TOUS), moderated by Anna Monjo (ACCI\u00d3).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Commitment to the Catalan cluster model<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The meeting concluded with a space for collective reflection on the future challenges of the Catalan cluster model, highlighting the importance of collaboration to strengthen competitiveness and innovation.<\/p>\n<p>At Leather Cluster Barcelona, we reaffirm our commitment to developing strategic projects that boost the leather ecosystem based on sustainability, cooperation, and shared value.
