The aim is to prevent the spread of the disease.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with European regulations, LSD is classified as a category A disease, which means it must be eradicated immediately. It is an easily transmitted disease that can have serious economic consequences for farms, especially in the dairy cattle sector, where it can cause significant declines in production.<\/p>\n<p><strong>No risk to humans<\/strong><br \/>\nLumpy skin disease poses no risk to human health.
