The association thus becomes a strategic collaborator of the main meeting point for the meat value chain in Spain.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2723\" data-end=\"3055\">The AECOC Congress is the sector\u2019s benchmark event, bringing together every year more than <strong data-start=\"2814\" data-end=\"2850\">400 executives and professionals<\/strong> from livestock, production, processing, distribution, large retail, horeca, as well as sectoral associations and organisations.
