On 9 February<\/strong>, PROVACUNO<\/strong> is organising the webinar \u201cApplication of the Food Chain Law: practical aspects\u201d<\/strong>, a training session focused on the practical and operational application of this key regulation for the agri-food sector.<\/p>\n

The webinar will be delivered by Jos\u00e9 Luis Palma Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, Coordinator of the Agri-Food Law Area at G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo<\/strong>, and is aimed at companies and professionals operating throughout the food chain.<\/p>\n

The Food Chain Law<\/strong> applies to all operators<\/strong> involved in the production, processing, distribution and marketing of food products<\/strong>, excluding only the direct relationship between retail trade and the final consumer<\/strong>. Its correct implementation is particularly relevant in a context of increasing regulatory requirements and greater control of commercial relations.<\/p>\n

The session will start at 4:30 pm<\/strong> and will address practical aspects of the application of the law<\/strong>, focusing on operators\u2019 obligations, key contractual issues and the legal implications for companies in the sector.<\/p>\n
