Foro Ganadero C\u00e1rnico is collaborating in the Dialogue Conference \u201cScience, Health and Taste: the Mission of Animal Protein\u201d<\/strong>, which will take place on Friday, 6 February 2026<\/strong>, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.<\/strong>, at the CEU Cardenal Herrera University<\/strong>, on its Valencia campus.<\/p>\n

The conference aims to create a space for rigorous reflection and dialogue<\/strong> on the role of animal protein in food, health, sustainability and agri-food policy, integrating scientific, institutional, productive and social perspectives<\/strong> in a context of growing public debate.<\/p>\n

A multidisciplinary and participatory programme<\/h3>\n

The event will begin with an institutional welcome<\/strong> by representatives of CEU and the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food<\/strong>, followed by the opening lecture \u201cThe impact of animal protein on human evolution\u201d<\/strong>, delivered by Federico Guill\u00e9n Salazar<\/strong>, Professor of Zoology at CEU Cardenal Herrera University.<\/p>\n

Throughout the morning, a programme combining scientific dissemination, debate and active participation<\/strong> will be developed, including the following activities:<\/p>\n
