Sanz takes over from Jaime Yartu, who has been in charge of the organization since December 2022.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"101\" data-end=\"413\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-24771 \" src=\"https:\/\/anafric.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Presidente-de-PROVACUNO-1024x881.jpg\" alt=\"Presidente de PROVACUNO\" width=\"809\" height=\"696\" srcset=\"https:\/\/anafric.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Presidente-de-PROVACUNO-1024x881.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/anafric.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Presidente-de-PROVACUNO-300x258.jpg 300w, https:\/\/anafric.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Presidente-de-PROVACUNO-768x661.jpg 768w, https:\/\/anafric.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Presidente-de-PROVACUNO-1536x1321.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/anafric.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Presidente-de-PROVACUNO-2048x1761.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 809px) 100vw, 809px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The new president has an extensive career in the meat sector and is currently director of Grupo Carnico COVAP, one of the most prominent agri-food cooperatives at national and European level for its model of integration between livestock, industry and the market.<\/p>\n<p>Since his new responsibility, Sanz faces this stage with the objective of strengthening the positioning of beef, highlighting its social and economic value, as well as boosting its international projection.
