The event is being hosted by Carnes Félix, which is collaborating. The event will address strategic topics such as innovation, internationalization, product transformation, and new consumer narratives under the motto: “Beyond the plate. Transform, export, innovate… and not lose the flavor!” The program will include the presentation of INTEROVIC’s new campaign, an analysis of domestic consumption by AECOC, and opportunities in foreign markets with the participation of ICEX. In addition, a roundtable discussion will be held on how to build a new consumer narrative for lamb and goat with representatives from the sector.

A space to design the roadmap for the coming years. The sector needs a stronger voice.

José Friguls, president of ANAFRIC, explains that “professionals from companies in the sheep and goat sector have a great capacity to adapt and reinvent themselves” and underscores the significance of the event: “This meeting is not just a forum for debate; it is a space to design the roadmap for the coming years. Transformation, generational change, exports, and domestic consumption all demand answers, and this meeting is the place where we will collectively build them.”

Friguls also emphasized that the current context of regulatory and trade uncertainty requires the sector to work in a coordinated and proactive manner: “Sheep and goats need a stronger voice. At ANAFRIC, we will continue to lead that voice with actions and proposals.”
