In the context of Catalonia’s designation as a World Region of Gastronomy 2025, the “We Are the Strength of Meat” initiative has been launched, which seeks to highlight the importance of the meat sector in the region’s culture, economy, and gastronomy.
Anafric, as the representative association of the Spanish meat sector, has joined this campaign with the aim of highlighting the commitment of meat companies to sustainability, innovation, and the preservation of Catalan gastronomic identity.
The official presentation of “We Are the Strength of Meat” will take place on June 11 at the El Sucre Building in Vic, as part of the activities planned by “Catalonia, World Region of Gastronomy 2025.”
With this support, Anafric reaffirms its commitment to promoting responsible practices in the production and marketing of meat products, as well as to promoting Catalan culinary traditions.
