The European Commission launched the calls for proposals for European agri-food promotion programs, in the EU and abroad. By 2020, a budget of more than 200 million euros is allocated to the promotion of EU agri-food products at home and abroad.
The budget includes co-financing of promotion programs in countries with high growth potential such as South Korea, Japan, Mexico, the United States and China.
These programs must inform EU consumers of the EU quality schemes, their quality standards and the diversity and authenticity of European products.
Proposals must be submitted before April 15, 2020 through the following link. The Commission will evaluate the proposals and announce the beneficiaries in the fall
