This process, whose bases will be published in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León (BOCyL), will remain open until April 30 and it is expected that, during this period, the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development of the Community will receive around 60,000 applications.
The 2025 CAP comes with some new features that mainly affect the conditionality rules and the co-regimes and that respond to the demands for flexibility requested by the sector during the protests that took place at the beginning of 2024.
Management program
The applications will be made through the management program developed by the Ministry itself, where all the new features are included, making it easier for professionals, Professional Agricultural Organizations and other collaborating entities to present them and reducing the risk of making mistakes when preparing them.
This own management system has allowed the Paying Agency of Castilla y León to maintain, in recent years, a leading position in the execution of payments in the same year of the application.
