CONPYMES has been selected as a candidate for the 10th Hay Derecho Award for its commitment to defending the rule of law, transparency, and the fight against corruption.
The confederation represents Spanish small and medium-sized enterprises (99.8% of the business community) and works to ensure they have a voice in social dialogue. ANAFRIC is a member of CONPYMES.
Its main actions include:
- Reporting malpractice in ICO loans during the pandemic.
- Demanding compliance with the Late Payment Law and an effective sanctioning regime.
- Defending fair competition and transparency in public procurement.
- Legal appeals have successfully overturned regulations that favored only large organizations, achieving the proportional and open distribution of public funds.
- Promoting a future Law on Business Representation and participating in key bodies such as the State Council for SMEs and the Late Payment Observatory.
- Active collaboration with the CNMC and the European Commission in the fight against corruption and abuse in public procurement.
