Next Monday, September 22, at 4:00 p.m., the National Confederation of SMEs (CONPYMES), a member of ANAFRIC, will hold its first Training Conference in the Ernest Lluch Room of the Congress of Deputies.
The initiative was created with the aim of highlighting training as a key tool for equal opportunities, the competitiveness of SMEs, and the future of employment.
During the conference, representatives from the business, union, and educational sectors will address relevant topics such as:
Training as a strategic value in the labor market.
The country’s vision for vocational training.
The role of SMEs, the self-employed, and training centers in generating talent.
Career guidance as a pending issue.
The meeting will feature José María Torres García, president of CONPYMES, as well as members of the Confederation’s Training Committee, union representatives, school directors, and representatives from the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training, and Sports.
Registration is required: attendance is free, but capacity is limited.
