At SIAL Paris 2024, Costa Food Group is reaffirming its commitment to ‘Natural from the source’ products, presenting its latest launches of healthier, more natural and sustainable processed meats. It will also continue to promote the international presence of Costa Food Meat, making available to the public a wide range of products that it already sells in more than 56 countries. SIAL is being held in Paris until 23 October, in a special edition framed within its 60th anniversary.
The Costa Group wants to be present in this way at one of the largest professional food exhibitions, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year with a special edition, with 145,000 m2 of exhibition space, in which 7,500 exhibitors from 130 countries will participate, who will be showcasing 400,000 products. In addition, 285,000 visitors from more than 200 countries are expected. A unique opportunity to showcase its wide portfolio of products at its stand located in Hall 6, Stand J156.
SIAL Paris 2024 is also an opportunity to learn about trends in digitalisation, innovation and circular gastronomy, among others.
New products on the Costa Food Group stand
In line with market trends, Costa Food Group is strengthening its range of meat snacks with the launch of the Tapas range and the new boards of meat products under the Juan Luna brand.
The Tapas range includes an exquisite combination of the best cured meat products with different varieties of cheeses in wedge or roll format. This new range includes up to 7 references, presented in a practical ‘Ready to Eat’ format of 90 and 120 grams.
The new meat product boards include two varieties: ‘Tapes Selection’ and ‘Iberian Assortment’. The ‘Tapes Selection’ variety includes a selection of Spanish delicatessen products such as Serrano ham, extra chorizo, extra salchichón and cured loin, while the ‘Iberian Assortment’ offers sliced trays of 50% Iberian Iberian shoulder and loin, as well as Iberian chorizo and salchichón. Both in 120 gram format and ready to eat. A convenient format, perfect for enjoying a varied selection of products for special occasions.
These launches will be accompanied by their range of Rolls, a successful product of the brand that consists of fingers of different varieties of cheeses wrapped with the most typical and traditional products of Spanish delicatessen: Serrano ham, cured loin, extra salchichón, extra chorizo and extra spicy chorizo. Also presented in a practical ‘Ready to eat’ format in 80 gram trays.
From the Casademont brand, their innovative range of ‘Fuet without added nitrites’ will be present at this international event, more natural and healthy products that do not incorporate nitrites of any kind as a preservative, guaranteeing food safety and quality. As well as the new varieties of Fuetis de Salami, Chicken and Fuet reduced in fat, made with selected meats and a source of protein.
In addition, they will have their wide range of cured Iberian products from the Villar brand, among which their sliced formats in briefcases and cases stand out.
