From August 3 to 8, Girona will be the world capital of meat knowledge with the 71st International Congress on Meat Science and Technology – ICoMST 2025, a leading global event bringing together experts, researchers, universities, technology centers, companies, and public entities from around the world.
This congress, which ANAFRIC helped organize as part of the Organizing Committee, represents a unique opportunity to learn firsthand about the latest innovations, scientific advances, and market trends in the meat sector. For over a year, we have actively collaborated in its preparation, with the aim of ensuring a strong representation of the Spanish livestock and meat sector.
