Salón Gourmets, the number one food and beverage fair dedicated to quality products or delicacies in Europe, is a meeting between national and international professionals from the gastronomic sector. INTEROVIC will be present at the 36 Salón Gourmets, until April 20 in Ifema (Madrid).
In order to show the sector the sustainable nature and great versatility of lamb meat, the INTEROVIC stand will host workshops, show cooking and tastings led by chefs Alejandro Hernández (one Michelin star) and Antonio González and Daniel Herrero , second best butcher in the world according to iMeat, and will present fourth and fifth range products for catering.
New cuts: Easier and more versatile when cooking
During the show, Interovic will hold various lamb cutting workshops led by Daniel Herrero from Madrid, who was named the second best butcher in the world in the international iMeat competition held in Modena (Italy) at the beginning of April, and will show cuts still unknown to the great public, but with a lot of gastronomic interest, since they are less greasy and easier to cook.
