INTEROVIC, present at the ADIFE fair in Abu Dhabi

Within the framework of the European programme “Luxury Lamb from EU”, INTEROVIC participated in the ADIFE fair, held last November in Abu Dhabi. This event, recognised as a key meeting point for food sector professionals in the Middle East, was consolidated as an ideal platform for establishing business relations and promoting European products in a rapidly expanding market.

During the fair, INTEROVIC delighted attendees with an exclusive tasting of tapas made with suckling lamb, lamb and goat meat. These gastronomic creations were prepared by the prestigious chef Fernando del Cerro, from the renowned Casa José restaurant in Aranjuez.

In addition, as part of the promotional activities, INTEROVIC organised a showroom event at the restaurant of the Spanish chef José Pizarro, awarded with a Michelin star. This exclusive meeting brought together the country’s main importers and was attended by the Spanish ambassador in Abu Dhabi.

INTEROVIC’s participation in ADIFE reinforces its commitment to bringing the excellence of European lamb meat to international markets, consolidating its reputation as a benchmark for quality and sustainability.
