Interovic has been invited by Chafea, Executive Agency for Consumers, Health, Agriculture and Food, one of the agencies integrated in the European Commission’s organizational chart, to present the successes of its campaign for the promotion of suckling pig, lamb and kid on the Info Day. It is an informative meeting that is organized annually where products that are born under the philosophy of quality, sustainability and food guarantee of Enjoy, it’s from Europe meet.
In Spain, the program until 2020 has managed to position lamb as the most associated with sustainability, achieving an increase of 14% compared to the data collection of 2017
The European Program culminated in December has managed to reverse the downward trend in the Spanish consumption of lamb and kid.
