CIIE Shanghai
INTERPORC’s participation in the ‘China International Meat Conference’ has taken place in the context of its participation in the CIIE Shanghai fair, within the framework of the campaign co-financed by the European Union ‘EU Pork, The Smart Choice’, which has been running since last year.
With more than 3,500 exhibitors from 150 countries, this is one of the most important fairs in the world and, without a doubt, a must-attend event. This excellent setting allows Chinese pork professionals, as well as their consumers, to show the excellence of Spanish products.
INTERPORC has an interactive stand where it has organised business meetings between Spanish and Chinese pork companies. It has also offered the public tastings of products cooked in both Western and Chinese styles, as well as ham cutting demonstrations, so that attendees can discover the flavour, quality and versatility of Spanish pork.
