June 6: World Meat Day

This June 6th marks World Meat Day, an international initiative that highlights the essential role of meat in human nutrition and the commitment of the livestock and meat sector to sustainability, animal welfare, and innovation.

ANAFRIC presents this global celebration to recognize the importance of meat as a source of key nutrients, as well as the daily efforts of thousands of professionals who make responsible and safe production possible, generating employment and cohesion in our rural areas.

International Congress in Warsaw

As part of World Meat Day, an International Congress is being held in Warsaw, Poland, organized by the Polish Meat Association and the European Union. This event will bring together experts, institutional representatives, scientists, and industry professionals to address the current and future challenges of the meat industry.
