The primary goal of our visit was to strengthen our relationship with Anafric and to gain a deeper understanding of the Spanish meat industry. We wanted to learn more about the types of products being produced, the quantities in which they are made, and the markets they are targeting. We’ve learned a lot from the people we met, as they are the ones on the field and know everything about the challenges of the meat industry. Hearing firsthand about some new trends was particularly insightful.
