From April 7–10, INTEROVIC (the interprofessional association for lamb, suckling lamb, and kid goat meat) will participate in the 38th Salón Gourmets trade fair, in Hall 6, stand 6F25.
Among the planned activities, the roundtable discussion organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food stands out:
