Next Monday, September 22nd, at 1:45 PM, the final of the “Best Paquito in Spain 2025” competition will take place at the MOM Culinary Institute (C/ Serrano, 96, Madrid). This competition, organized by INTEROVIC in collaboration with establishments across the country, is organized.
This is the second edition of a contest that seeks to recognize the establishment that makes the best lamb sandwich in Spain. The winners of the best Paquitos from each autonomous community will compete in the competition and meet in Madrid for the grand finale.
The event will feature a renowned jury that will conduct a blind tasting to evaluate the creativity, flavor, and authenticity of each proposal.
Event Program
12:00 PM – Participants begin preparing the Paquitos.
12:30 PM – Blind tasting by the jury.
2:00 PM – Selection of the winner of the Best Paquito in Spain 2025.
2:30 PM – Honorary wine.
With this initiative, INTEROVIC reinforces its commitment to promoting lamb meat, a sustainable, versatile product deeply linked to Spanish culinary tradition, while also promoting talent in the hospitality industry throughout the country.
