The EU awards INTEROVIC a new European promotion campaign

INTEROVIC has been selected by the European Commission to carry out the European programme “Celebrate with Sustainable European Lamb Meat (2025-2028)”, with a total budget of seven million euros. 80% of this investment will be financed by the European Commission, allowing approximately 2 million euros to be allocated annually to the promotion of sheep and goat meat in Spain.

This three-year programme, developed in collaboration with the Interprofessional Organisation of Hungary, seeks to highlight the benefits of consuming lamb, lamb and goat meat. Its main objective is to promote sustainable consumption, highlighting the work of the sheep and goat sector in protecting the environment, biodiversity, the rural ecosystem and the economy of less populated areas.

“Celebrate-EULAMB” will be aimed at both the general public and professionals, and will carry out various promotional activities: stands and showcookings at food fairs, seminars, advertising campaigns on television and online, as well as such as events and tastings.
