A sector with figures that speak for themselves

The Spanish meat sector is a key pillar of the national food industry, with a turnover that reached 33,218 million euros in 2023, representing 2.72% of Spanish GDP. In addition, the consumption of meat and processed meat experienced a growth of 6.4% in 2023 compared to the previous year, consolidating its importance both in the national market and in the more than 120 countries where its products are exported.
