Anafric and its associated companies participate in the Training and Insertion Programs (PFI), voluntary programs organized by the Generalitat de Catalunya and aimed at young people between 16 and 21 who have left compulsory education or who need training to access to the labor market.
The program, which has the collaboration of arns Romeu, Carns Pont,Sucarn, Viñals Soler, J Milà and Companyia General Càrnia, is called “Project of innovation in meat products”, and is taught from the School of Hospitality and Tourism of Barcelona (EHTB). This project has been selected from hundreds of projects by Dualiza Bankia and awarded € 10,000, the maximum planned, which will help the EHTB to improve the program.
Since 2006, Anafric has marked the line of work for this project so that the training “adapts to the reality of companies and the market,” explains Dolors Espuña, teacher of the Program.
