‘A pedir de vaca’, is the Provacuno recipe book that raises funds for the recovery of La Palma. This is an initiative in which the Community of Madrid has collaborated and in which 27 Spanish chefs have displayed ‘their cooking secrets’ in meat dishes. They have participated with their creations:

The book was presented today, June 13, by the president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, who stated that it is “difficult to understand the reasons for some to publicly question the meat sector and show absolute ignorance of a fundamental pillar for the economy and the environment”, in clear reference to the Minister of Consumption, Alberto Garzón.
