According to the latest data provided at the last AECOC congress, meat products have closed 2023 with an increase in demand in Spain of +2.7% in volume and annual meat consumption per inhabitant, with a 7% increase in sales of prepared meat dishes.

The Intercarn pavilion will serve, precisely, to demonstrate all this power and adaptation to new trends in consumption and sustainability, highlighting above all its essential role in the development of the rural economy and fundamental for the balance between communities.
