On June 7, coinciding with World Food Safety Day, the fourth edition of the Barcelona Food Safety Forum-BSA will be held, an initiative that highlights the importance of this day. The challenges of the food sector to be able to provide healthy, safe and sustainable food in the face of population growth, have driven the appearance of new sources of protein. There are numerous initiatives to face the growing demand for food: what challenges do they pose in terms of food security?
The IV edition of the Barcelona Food Safety Forum will be a meeting place for the different professionals linked to food safety to share experiences and knowledge. Presentations and round tables will be offered by experts from different areas, linked to the preparation of food from alternative sources of protein.
This year the forum returns to its face-to-face format and will be held at the UPF Barcelona School of Management Auditorium
