The BOE has published the model of certificate that the workers must carry to justify that they must continue to go to their job despite the paralysis measures decreed by the Government for all activities considered non-essential between March 30 and 9 of April. The BOE does not specify that the certificate is mandatory.

The model of responsible declaration recognizes that this worker continues to work because they belong to sectors of activities considered essential and, therefore, they can continue to make trips to their workplace or to the development of their union or business representation activity.
The certificate is addressed to “employed persons” who do not have to take advantage of the recoverable paid leave.
