Food security, under debate

Next November 17 is the National Day of Food Security and for this reason, Alcyta (Spanish Association of Graduates, Doctors and Graduates in Food Science and Technology) organizes the conference “Present and future in the food industry” for which have developed an interesting program that this time, is linked to the current pandemic, crisis management and food security.

Food security has always been a priority for producers, consumers and authorities, but at this time, when all countries in the world are working to control and curb the COVID-19 pandemic, food security is gaining, if possible, more value for its role in preventing and reducing the risk of infection.
