World consumption of beef will exceed 60.04 million tons, according to a report from the United States Department of Agriculture. If confirmed, it would represent a 1.6% increase compared to 2020. Beef consumption is expected to grow by almost 1 million tons.
The increase in world consumption of beef is a consequence of Chinese demand.
