I Symposium on Animal Welfare in meat-producing ruminants, on November 14, in Madrid

The I Symposium on Animal Welfare in meat-producing ruminants will be held in person on November 14 and it is the first event of its kind to be held in Europe and aims to serve as a meeting point between the main managers of the sector.

Animal welfare is a concern of European citizens and institutions, and of course also of producers, scientists and technicians in the sector. For this reason, the Spanish beef (PROVACUNO) and the Spanish sheep and goat (INTEROVIC) and Hungarian (JTT) interprofessionals have requested the Spanish Society for Animal Protection and Welfare (SEPROBA), to assume the technical secretariat and organization of this first event at European level.
