Interporc explains in the Swine Management and Economic Program the success of the Spanish export model

The interprofessional of the white coat pig, Interporc, has participated in the first edition of the Swine Management and Economic Program, an immersion educational program in the Spanish pig sector organized by 333 Corporate at the University of Lleida (UDL), and which has 20 students from seven Latin American countries.

Daniel de Miguel, International director of the interprofessional, has highlighted that “the market diversification strategy is being a key element in the continuous growth of white coat pig exports”. It is a successful model that “in a few years has led us to be, with 3.1 million tons, the world’s second largest exporter of pork, and a very short distance from the first, the United States.”
