New project to increase the shelf life of lamb meat by the FRILAMB Operational Group

The objective of this Operational Group is to develop an innovative technological process called “Supercooling” to significantly increase the shelf life of refrigerated lamb meat.

All this through in-depth study of the technological variables of the new refrigeration process and its effect on the quality of the meat and its shelf life, according to Eurocarne.

The Operating Group is made up of, among other associations, the Regulatory Council of the D.O.P. Lamb from Extremadura (CORDEREX).
