On 9 February, PROVACUNO is organising the webinar “Application of the Food Chain Law: practical aspects”, a training session focused on the practical and operational application of this key regulation for the agri-food sector.
The webinar will be delivered by José Luis Palma Fernández, Coordinator of the Agri-Food Law Area at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, and is aimed at companies and professionals operating throughout the food chain.
The Food Chain Law applies to all operators involved in the production, processing, distribution and marketing of food products, excluding only the direct relationship between retail trade and the final consumer. Its correct implementation is particularly relevant in a context of increasing regulatory requirements and greater control of commercial relations.
The session will start at 4:30 pm and will address practical aspects of the application of the law, focusing on operators’ obligations, key contractual issues and the legal implications for companies in the sector.
