Pilot course “New training materials in the field of the food industry” in Catalonia

The Department of Climate Action, Food and Rural Agenda (DACC) is launching the new pilot course “New training materials in the field of the food industry”. It is a course open to everyone, free and available until August 31, 2022 on the Ruralcat portal. ts aim is to provide material that can help overcome the various challenges facing food establishments. it’s necessary registration.

It provides the tools to learn how to:

  • Manage the procedures and authorizations of a food establishment
  • To structure the self-control system
  • To draw up the Control Plan for water, pests, suppliers, temperatures, allergens
  • Training and Qualification Plan

It also teaches how to label, package and preserve food, and to control the quality of suppliers and supply of the production process and the finished product.

The training materials are structured in blocks:
