PROVACUNO brings the essence of the third period to the youth rugby players in Spain with the traditional beef nugget

PROVACUNO joins the passion of rugby by being present in all the Spanish championships, from the 6 to 18 year old categories, during the months of May and June. The Beef Sector is aware of the importance of adequate nutrition to improve sporting performance. Incorporating proteins, vitamins and minerals in the diet is crucial for the development and optimal functioning of muscles, and beef is the perfect food to achieve this, being the greatest source of natural proteins for the body.

Rugby and the Beef sector share fundamental values such as respect, hard work and enthusiasm, becoming a philosophy of life. Both are based on a healthy lifestyle where balanced nutrition, rest and training are key aspects.

Beef, essential in the Mediterranean Diet, provides a variety of vitamins and minerals that are essential for the optimal functioning of the body, including vitamins A, D, E, K, C and group B, especially B12, crucial for the formation of red blood cells and the nervous system.

The collective ability of rugby and the Beef sector to unite in a chain is what makes them a way of life, where respect, teamwork and camaraderie are fundamental both on the field and at the table.

The Spanish Rugby Federation has awarded different clubs the organization of the competitions for the various categories of grassroots rugby, which will take place on different dates and places during May and June.

 

· May 4-5: Spanish Championship and National M18 Tournament in CAU Valencia (Valencia).

· May 11-12: Spanish Championship and National M14 Tournament in VRAC (Valladolid).

· May 18-19: M12 National Festival in San Roque, Cádiz.

· May 25-26: Spanish Championship and National M16 Tournament in CR El Salvador (Valladolid).

· June 1-2: National Festival M10-8-6 in CRC (Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid).
