The period has recently opened to present allegations regarding the proposed regulatory bases for aid to individual projects within the framework of the Agri-Food PERTE. Private commercial companies, cooperative companies and agricultural processing companies (SAT) with their own legal personality, legally constituted in Spain and duly registered in the corresponding registry where they carry out industrial activity, may obtain the status of beneficiary companies of this aid.
According to these bases, the actions will be eligible for subsidies if they fall within any of these lines:
✔Research, Development and Innovation Line. Minimum project budget €800,000 for SMEs and €1,500,000 for large companies.
✔Innovation Line in sustainability and Energy Efficiency. Minimum budget per project of €400,000 for SMEs and €1,000,000 for large companies.
✔Investment aid line in favor of SMEs. Minimum budget per project of €400,000
Apart from the above, the projects must be framed in one of the following priority themes:
- Circular economy and eco-innovation.
- Decarbonization, energy efficiency, new sources of renewable energy and reduction of polluting emissions.
- Advanced materials and products.
- Innovation in quality and safety processes.
- Projects based on digital technologies.
