Interovic through its European program “Luxury Meat” organizes a gastronomic day in the most prestigious restaurants in Dubai from the 17th to the 30th of March. A day that aims to enhance the value of Spanish lamb meat and conquer the most exquisite palates in the city.
Specifically, there are ten restaurants involved in the action that will offer a tasting menu made with Spanish lamb meat. Among the leading cuts, it is worth highlighting the Magret de Agnei Ibérico, one of the pieces that most triumphs among the international public.
Regarding the list of establishments involved, we find some as prominent as:
- Atmosphere, located on the 122nd floor of the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest skyscraper
- 99 Sushi Bar Dubai, owned by a prestigious Spanish group
- Subito Lathe
- Ce La Vie
- TBC, located at the Marriot Al Forsan hotel
- La Cantine du Faubourg
- BBS Social
- Drift beach
This initiative is part of the ambitious action plan that INTEROVIC has been developing in this country. In addition, it recently also participated in the international Guldfood fair, which was held in Dubai last February.
LUXURY LAMB FROM SPAIN
Spain is the leader in Europe in the production of sheep meat, which it currently exports to more than 70 countries. The Spanish sheep sector is committed to the search for the highest quality, always under the standards of the European Production Model, recognized for being the strictest in the world in terms of quality and food safety.
The promotional program “Luxury Lamb & Mutton. More than luxury meat”, coordinated by INTEROVIC since 2018, takes place in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong and Israel. In addition, it has the participation of several brands from the Spanish sheep sector such as Pastores Grupo Cooperativo, Agnei Ibérico, Murgaca, Emeat, Moralejo Selección and Spanish Lamb.
