The Sepor Gold Awards in their VII Edition wanted to reward, with a special mention from the jury, the Spanish Selection of Butchers for their commitment to quality in the art of butchery and promoting excellence in the sector.
The awards ceremony took place on November 30 at the Westin Palace Hotel in Madrid and sought to recognize companies, personalities and organizations from the entire livestock-meat industry chain.
The Director of the Organizing Committee, Mar Abenza, highlighted that these awards want to recognize and highlight those organizations that are testimony to the sector’s know-how, effort, sustainability or innovation.
Carlos Rodríguez, President of Cedecarne and María Sánchez, General Secretary, were in charge of collecting the award and thanking the jury and the organization for keeping this project in mind, promoted with the aim of representing an artisan trade and making it known to promote , among others, the generational change.
