The US creates an interactive tool to find out how consumer confidence around meat varies

Urdue University’s Center for Food Demand Analysis and Sustainability (PAGS) has added a dashboard on confidence around meat. This has been collected by the publication Eurocarne.

The panel shows the sentiment of trust and the volume of mentions of meat and meat alternatives in social networks and online news.

Users can explore the trust and volume of #Meat mentions across the country individually for social media over a narrowly or broadly defined time range beginning in April 2020.
