The Valencia City Council approves an aid plan to promote entrepreneurial activity in agriculture and livestock

The Valencia City Council has approved an aid plan to promote entrepreneurial activity in agriculture and livestock. This is highlighted by Europapress, which describes that it is the ‘Emprende y Cultiva’ call, which has a budget of 500,000 euros and will grant up to 4,000 per application.

This subsidy program is intended to promote entrepreneurial activity in these two sectors in the territorial area of the Valencian orchard. According to the councilor of the Valencia City Council, Cecilia Herrero: “This is the largest financial amount that the City Council has provided to farmers and ranchers. We are aware of the situation in which the primary sector finds itself.”

Current expenses incurred and accrued from January 1, 2023 to the date of submission of the application are subsidized.
